You will influence project strategy early, collaborate closely with operations, and play a meaningful role in how projects are pursued, priced, and won. Our estimators are exposed directly to leadership and clients, giving you insight into the business beyond the number
s.

Responsibilit
- ies:Review proposal specifications, drawings, contract documents, attend pre-bid meetings, etc. to determine scope of work and required contents of project estim
- ate.Review and incorporate historical data from purchase orders, subcontracts, productivity analysis reports, etc. into unit and manhour figu
- res.Provide complete conceptual (or bid work) and final estimating input on complex proje
- cts.Helps to oversee proposals from project estimators. Helps ensure processes and accuracy is maintai
- ned.Ensure all working documents and data are maintained to back-up estimate figu
- res.Track awarded contracts as required - may include estimating/pricing extra work items, change orders, credit, procuring materials,
- etc.Perform computerized quantity take-off and pricing of all assigned it
