Shift: Days M-F
Roles and Responsibilities:
Performs inventory management of audiology supplies and devices for patient use related to hearing aids and cochlear implants.Participation in appointments with assisting patients during testing and device activations under the direct supervision of the clinician(s).Maintains and cleans treatment areas and equipment. Participates in operational aspects of the department and maintains performance improvement activities as required. Participate in all infection control, department equipment training, regulatory compliance, organizational safety and fire safety programs. Orders, distributes, programs and maintains designated and appropriate inventory of department related supplies and devices. May perform limited scheduling, customer service and some clerical duties.

Preferred Skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Adaptable to fast paced settings
- High School Diploma/GED is required.
- Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA within 6 months of hire. Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
- Requires successful completion of the rehabilitation technician training program within 3 months of hire.
- 1-3 years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred. Rehab experience preferred.
- Requires familiarity with patient lifting and handling procedures.
