Job Summary
We are seeking a Concession Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and organized concession area. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working in the food and sports industry. This is an ice rink, so you must be able to handle colder temperatures. Some heavy lifting is required.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of concession stands
- Assist in restocking inventory and supplies as needed, must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service at all times
- Keeping rink clean
Qualifications
- Experience in a quick-service fast-food restaurant or similar setting is preferred
- Proficiency in basic math for cash handling
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
- Comfortable using a cash register and processing transactions accurately
Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
