Superintendent – High-Rise Mixed-Use Construction
We are partnering with a top-tier General Contractor to identify an accomplished Superintendent for a landmark high-rise mixed-use project in the Greater Bay Area. This is an exciting opportunity to lead complex vertical construction and deliver a premier development featuring residential, commercial, retail, and amenity spaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day field operations from preconstruction through final completion and turnover
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, inspections, logistics, scheduling, and site activities
- Drive project milestones while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and workmanship
- Anticipate construction risks, resolve field challenges, and implement effective contingency plans
- Manage the complexities of high-rise construction, including vertical logistics, structural sequencing, building-envelope coordination, and MEP integration
- Build productive relationships with clients, design partners, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and safety-focused jobsite culture
Qualifications
- 10 years of experience as a Superintendent on large, complex commercial construction projects
- Demonstrated success delivering high-rise, multifamily, hospitality, or mixed-use developments
- Strong knowledge of vertical construction sequencing, site logistics, safety requirements, and quality-control processes
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple trades and priorities in a fast-paced construction environment
