The Work
- Clean residential and commercial windows, screens, and tracks (inside and out).
- Master the use of ladders, extension poles, squeegees, and professional equipment.
- Keep job sites spotless and treat every customer’s home with elite-level respect.
- Work solo or as part of a high-speed team depending on the project.
- Strictly follow safety procedures to protect yourself and the property.

7. The Non-Negotiables
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to/from work.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work comfortably on ladders up to 28 feet.
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and genuine pride in a job well done.
