Riithink Digital Marketing – Net-New Business Sales Role
Summary
Riithink is hiring a net-new business hunter to generate and close new client revenue. This role is measured primarily on new revenue closed and is designed to support the firm’s growth.
Role Details

Mission
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline, run discovery, qualify opportunities, collaborate on proposals, and close net-new business for Riithink’s digital marketing and web development services.
Key Responsibilities
· Prospect daily via outbound email, LinkedIn, calls, networking, and referral development.
· Book and run discovery calls; qualify fit, budget, authority, need, and timeline.
· Coordinate internal resources for scoping and proposal development; present proposals and pricing.
· Own opportunity progression from first meeting through signature and first payment.
· Maintain accurate CRM hygiene, stage progression, and revenue forecasting.
· Hit monthly/quarterly net-new revenue targets and report pipeline activity weekly.
This Role Is Not
· Account management or ongoing client servicing
· Marketing execution (SEO, paid ads, social posting, design production)
· A purely inbound lead-taker role
Qualifications
· 2–6 years of B2B sales experience (services, SaaS, or consulting preferred).
· Demonstrated success generating pipeline through outbound prospecting.
· Comfortable selling higher-ticket services (e.g., $25k–$250k projects and/or retainers).
· Strong communication, follow-up discipline, and objection handling.
· Highly organized with strong CRM discipline and forecasting reliability.
Compensation Structure
This compensation plan is designed to drive $1.2M in net-new revenue in 2026 while keeping the plan simple, performance-based, and easy to administer.
