JOB SUMMARY

• Acute, provides customer and application support for Epic and other Health applications that support business processes across Health acute; ambulatory services.
• The incumbent acts as subject matter expert (SME) to provide at the elbow assistance; guidance for acute; ambulatory clinical staff.
• The incumbent partners with Health ITS and vendor support teams to resolve application issues when necessary.
• The Site Support Specialist, provides on-call support and on-site support as scheduled and as needed.
