Position Summary:
The Marketing Operations Specialist partners closely with our Parts, Service, Truck Sales, and Leasing teams to help drive growth through data insights, reporting, and targeted marketing initiatives. This role blends analytics with hands-on marketing execution. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, comfortable owning projects end-to-end, and motivated by seeing marketing efforts translate into leads, opportunities, and closed business. This role reports directly to the Director of Marketing Communications and is an in-office position based at RFC’s Corporate Headquarters in South St. Paul, MN. Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities
- Analyze CRM, marketing, and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps
- Build reports and dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights to leadership and department managers
- Track leads, pipeline, close rates, and campaign performance
- Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns that directly support sales goals
- Support lead generation efforts by developing campaigns, tracking performance, and optimizing based on results
- Create and manage email marketing, website updates, and landing pages
- Support social media and employer branding initiatives
- Help coordinate events, customer promotions, and internal initiatives that support sales growth and customer engagement
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints while adapting messaging for different audiences and sales objectives
- Support ongoing projects across the marketing department as needed, including internal communications and employer branding initiatives
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- 3 years in marketing, marketing operations, CRM, or analytics focused roles
- Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce) and reporting tools
- Excellent project management experience
- Strong Excel skills, Power BI or similar tools a plus
- Comfortable analyzing data and translating it into clear recommendations
- Basic graphic design skills using Adobe, Canva, or similar tools
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Ability to adapt and be flexible with changing priorities and direction
- Experience in B2B, dealership, or service-based environments preferred

Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
