Position Summary:

Rihm Family Companies (RFC) is seeking a Growth & Marketing Analytics Specialist to help accelerate business performance across our Parts, Service, Truck Sales, and Leasing divisions. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of analytics, revenue growth, and strategic marketing execution. In this position, you will turn data into action, uncover opportunities, optimize campaigns, and help leadership make smarter business decisions that directly drive leads, sales, and customer growth.
This role blends business analytics with hands-on marketing execution, partnering closely with sales, service, and leadership teams to identify trends, improve performance, and support revenue-driving initiatives. The ideal candidate is both analytical and action-oriented, energized by using insights to improve results and excited to see their work translate into measurable business impact across one of the longest-standing family-owned Kenworth dealership organizations in the industry. This position reports directly to the Director of Marketing Communications and is based in-office at RFC’s Corporate Headquarters in South St. Paul, Minnesota.

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities
- Analyze CRM, sales, customer, and marketing data to identify growth opportunities, performance trends, and revenue gaps
- Create executive-level reports that provide actionable insights for leadership and department managers
- Track and analyze lead generation, pipeline progression, close rates, customer retention, and campaign ROI
- Identify opportunities to improve sales conversion and customer engagement across all business divisions
- Develop and optimize growth-focused marketing campaigns that directly support sales goals
- Support lead generation strategy through campaign execution, testing, measurement, and optimization
- Create and manage email campaigns, landing pages, website updates, and digital customer journeys
- Partner with sales leadership to improve funnel visibility and performance reporting
- Monitor key KPIs and recommend actions to improve marketing effectiveness and revenue outcomes
- Support customer promotions, events, and strategic initiatives that drive business growth
- Support employer branding, recruiting campaigns, and internal communications initiatives as needed
Qualifications & Skills
- 5 years in growth marketing, marketing analytics, revenue operations, CRM, or business intelligence roles
- Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Strong experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
- Basic graphic design skills using Adobe, Canva, or similar tools
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration experience
- Ability to translate data into strategic recommendations and business actions
- Experience with digital marketing performance metrics and campaign optimization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in B2B, dealership, transportation, or service-based industries preferred
