We are looking for an energetic, upbeat Brand Ambassador to be the face of our 77-year legacy at local retail locations, home shows, and community events.
What You’ll Do: As a Brand Ambassador, you aren't just handing out flyers—you are the first friendly face a future customer sees. Your goal is to spark conversations, share our story, and help homeowners take the first step toward their next project.
- Engage & Inspire: Chat with prospective customers at events and retail locations across RI, MA, and CT, motivating them to schedule a no-cost consultation with our sales team.
- Be the Expert: Maintain a working knowledge of our core products and services so you can answer basic questions with confidence.
- Own Your Space: Set up, organize, and break down booth materials, ensuring our event spaces and retail displays always look clean, welcoming, and professional.
- Share Feedback: Be our eyes and ears on the ground, sharing insights and feedback from your in-store interactions with the marketing team.
- Grow With Us: Participate in ongoing training sessions to sharpen your skills.
Who We’re Looking For:
- You have a positive, approachable demeanor and genuinely get energized by talking to new people.
- You have excellent communication skills and can strike up a conversation with anyone.
- You are reliable, can stand on your feet for several hours at a time, and can lift/carry up to 30 lbs for event setups.
- Weekend availability is required, as that is when our biggest shows and retail events happen!
Experience & Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer-facing, retail, or sales experience is a huge plus, but an upbeat personality and willingness to learn are what matter most.
Salary : $20 - $25
