Job Description:
Responsible for managing mature field and production maintenance operations. This role focuses on production optimization, cost management, field supervision, and asset growth to maximize daily asset value and deliver year-over-year growth.
Responsibilities:
Production Optimization:
- Deliver year over year growth by executing complex workover, coiled tubing, and wireline programs
Cost Management:
- Spearhead targeted cost-reduction initiatives to lower expenses in water disposal, chemical programs, and lifting costs
Field Supervision:
- Work alongside the area operations manager and production foreman to mentor field personnel
- Ensure lease operator safety
- Manage high pressure asset logistics
Asset Growth:
- Direct geopressured up-hole recompletions and remedial rig schedules to maximize daily asset value
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience managing mature field and production maintenance
- Ability to execute complex workover, coiled tubing, and wireline programs
- Knowledge of cost-reduction initiatives in water disposal, chemical programs, and lifting costs
- Field supervision and personnel mentoring capabilities
- Understanding of high pressure asset logistics
- Experience with geopressured up-hole recompletions and remedial rig schedules
Role Details:
Location: Conroe, TX
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Pay: $1,200.00 - $1,500.00/Day
