Job Description:
Seeking a full-time Gas Plant Operator to work Monday through Friday in an in-plant role located in Borger. Compensation will be at market rates (TBD).
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor gas plant equipment and processes during daily operations
- Perform routine start-up, shutdown, and operational checks
- Monitor control systems and field equipment to maintain safe and efficient plant performance
- Record operating data, readings, and logs as required
- Identify abnormal conditions and take appropriate corrective actions
- Coordinate with maintenance and operations personnel to support plant reliability and uptime
- Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines while working in the plant
Skills and Qualifications:
- Gas plant operations experience
- Ability to operate and monitor plant equipment and process controls
- Strong safety awareness and adherence to procedures
- Ability to complete required logs and operational documentation
Location: Borger, TX
Schedule: M-F
Pay: Dependent on experience
