As we continue to grow, we are expanding our growth marketing capabilities to drive off-platform traffic and virality for our brands, and we are seeking a hungry, trend-savvy marketing talent to help lead that effort.

Position Overview

We are hiring a Paid & Social Marketing Specialist to take full ownership of Rigle’s social media presence, influencer marketing campaigns, and paid advertising pipelines across multiple brands.

This role is ideal for a sharp, ambitious post-grad or early-career marketer who lives and breathes internet culture, knows what makes content go viral, and wants to master the entire marketing funnel. You will be responsible for spotting trends early, producing high-converting creative assets, and running ad campaigns to scale our brands.

While you will have full ownership of execution, this is a highly collaborative role. We don't expect you to know everything on day one—we are ready to coach, mentor, and guide you into a world-class growth marketer, provided you bring the raw creative instinct and a data-driven mindset.

This is a full-time & on-site role.

Key Responsibilities

Trend Identification & Content Creation

• Spot internet, TikTok, and Instagram trends at lightning speed and translate them into brand-relevant content.
• Produce high-converting, engaging short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and static assets that drive organic virality.
• Write compelling ad copy, hooks, and video scripts designed to capture attention in the first three seconds and turn viewers into buyers.

Social Media & Community Management

• Manage the day-to-day posting schedule, distribution, and organic social media presence across multiple brand accounts.
• Maintain distinct brand voices and actively engage with our communities to foster loyalty and organically boost platform algorithms.
• Continuously test and optimize content formats to improve organic reach, follower growth, and engagement metrics.

Paid Advertising & Performance

• Set up, launch, and monitor paid social ad campaigns (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager) under the guidance of our leadership team.
• Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) across the entire marketing pipeline.
• Rapidly iterate on paid ad creatives based on performance data to constantly improve conversion rates and lower acquisition costs.

Influencer Marketing & Outreach

• Identify, pitch, and build relationships with high-potential creators and micro-influencers who align with our brands.
• Coordinate product gifting, negotiate basic creator deliverables, and manage the end-to-end influencer campaign pipeline.
• Track influencer campaign ROI and turn successful organic partner content into paid ads (whitelisting and dark posting).

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or 1 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital advertising.
• An active creator or true "internet native" who deeply understands social media algorithms, trending audio, and mobile video editing (CapCut, Premiere, etc.).
• Basic familiarity with Paid Ads (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads)—even if it's from a personal project, university club, or small-budget trial.
• A data-curious mindset; you don't just care about views and likes, you genuinely want to understand how clicks convert into sales.
• Exceptionally resourceful with a "figure-it-out" attitude and a strong desire to be coached, mentored, and pushed to grow.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with a knack for writing punchy, persuasive copy.
• Able to work independently with high ownership and accountability.
• Bonus: Experience with eCommerce or Amazon-native brands is a major plus.
