What are the responsibilities and job description for the USMC Insider Threat Program - Program Manager position at Rigid Tactical?
- Active Top Secret (TS) clearance (SCI eligibility preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in a relevant field (e.g., Security Studies, Management, Intelligence, Cybersecurity, or related discipline).
- 10 years of relevant experience supporting DoD or federal security, intelligence, insider threat, or program management efforts.
- Demonstrated experience serving as a Program Manager or Contract PM on complex government contracts.
- Strong understanding of DoD Insider Threat Programs, UAM, policy compliance, and audit readiness.
- Experience managing cleared personnel and coordinating across multiple locations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience briefing senior military or civilian leadership.
- Certified Insider Threat Professional (CITP – Fundamentals and/or Analysis) or ability to ensure personnel achieve certifications within required timelines.
- Prior experience supporting the U.S. Marine Corps or other DoD Service Insider Threat Programs.
- Familiarity with EverFox / Forcepoint Insider Threat solutions.
- Experience developing dashboards, metrics, and executive-level reporting.

Program Leadership & Contract Oversight: Serve as the primary Government liaison and Key Personnel, managing daily operations, personnel staffing, quality control, and task tracking to ensure full contract compliance.

Insider Threat Expertise & Policy: Support the Marine Corps Insider Threat Program by refining detection processes, implementing MCO 5510.21 standards, and ensuring all monitoring activities align with National and DoD policies.

Technical Analytics & Data Management: Leverage EverFox tools to monitor user activity, develop actionable analytics, and create data-driven dashboards or executive summaries for program stakeholders.

Strategic Engagement & Communication: Lead strategic communication plans and awareness campaigns, while representing the program at DoD conferences and working groups to foster inter-agency collaboration.
