The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the development and execution of product strategies that align with our company's goals. This is a hybrid position with 3 days a week in our Nashua, NH office depending on location.

Our Compensations range for this role ranges from $180,000 to $220,000 annually, and is determined based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, and internal equity.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement product strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Lead and mentor the product management team to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and data to identify emerging opportunities and threats.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives.
- Develop and deliver product metrics and reports to senior leadership.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Product Management, or a related field.
- 10 years of proven experience with at least 2 years as a Director in Product Management or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of product management principles and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- This role is open to US Citizens or permanent residents authorized to work in the United States. Rightworks LLC is unable to offer visa sponsorship.
