Now Hiring: Insurance Agent / Customer Service Representative
Our growing insurance agency is looking for a friendly, motivated Insurance Agent / CSR to join our team!
This position begins with customer service and agency support, but is designed to grow into a licensed insurance sales role for someone who is interested in building a long-term career in insurance.

Responsibilities
- Assisting clients with policy questions and service requests
- Processing policy changes, payments, and documentation
- Providing excellent customer service in person, by phone, and by email
- Supporting agents with quoting and policy management
- Learning agency systems, products, and insurance coverage
- Transitioning into selling and writing insurance policies as you grow in the role
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with computers and office systems
- Insurance experience and license is preferred (but not required)
- Interest in growing into an insurance sales role
