Reports to: Manufacturing Assistant Manager

Job Summary and Primary Objectives:
To monitor and assist the thread rolling process to ensure quality products. Motivate, train and direct the work activities of subordinate staff.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Maintain good communication with TM, TL and other Group Leaders
- Coordinate with PC hot parts
- Maintain quality and productivity improvements through Kaizens
- Assist in training programs
- Complete and maintain all paperwork and data entry
- Cover breaks and lunches when needed
- Troubleshoot machine when necessary
- Support management decisions
- Work necessary hours to accommodate production
- Continuous 5S
- Show quality leadership skills
- Maintain a safe environment and encourage safety
- Other duties as assigned
Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent people skills
- Good communication skills (verbal & oral)
- Excellent computer skills.
- Excellent organization skills.
- Excellent understanding of production processes.
- Good basic mechanical skill
Education and Experience:
- Associates degree in related area or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of manufacturing experience
- 2 Years of supervisory or team leading experience
Salary : $22 - $24
