FLSD/Concierge
Pay: $23.00–$25.00 per hour
We are looking for a reliable, professional, and customer-focused FLSD/Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an active Fire and Life Safety Director (FLSD) certification, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide outstanding service while ensuring the safety and security of the building.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain the safety and security of the property.
- Perform all Fire and Life Safety Director (FLSD) duties in accordance with NYC regulations.
- Greet and assist residents, visitors, and vendors in a professional manner.
- Control building access and monitor security systems.
- Respond to emergencies and coordinate with emergency personnel when necessary.
- Conduct routine building inspections and maintain accurate logs and reports.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address resident concerns promptly.
- Work closely with building management and staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- Valid NYC Fire and Life Safety Director (FLSD) certification.
- Previous concierge, security, or luxury residential building experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in emergency situations.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays if needed.
