Warehouse Sorter

We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Sorter in Somerset, New Jersey, 08873 with $19.20/hr. pay for a 3-month contract duration, potential Temp to Perm. In this role, you’ll help maintain smooth warehouse flow by sorting inventory, supporting production, and safely transporting products with a forklift. Work Schedule: M - F, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM 

Responsibilities 

• Sort, organize, and track inventory for cooler returns. 
• Safely operate a forklift to transport raw materials and finished goods. 
• Load/unload products from company trucks and production lines. 
• Perform pre-trip inspections and maintain equipment energy sources. 
• Use RF scanners to accurately track inventory movement. 
• Work collaboratively with forklift teams to avoid delays and improve efficiency. 
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow GMP safety standards. 
• Meet performance goals: pallets/hour, line loading, and truck turnaround times. 
• Perform additional warehouse duties as required. 

Required Qualifications 

• Experience working in a fast-paced forklift-driven environment. 
• Strong communication, teamwork, and independent decision-making skills. 
• Ability to lift and pull up to 65 lbs as needed. 
• Comfortable performing equipment inspections involving climbing and lifting. 
• Willingness to work in a warehouse with minimal temperature control.
