What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Recycling Technician position at RightStone?
RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Recycling Technician to join our team in Dawsonville, GA with $15/hr pay for a 6months contract (temp to perm opportunity). In this hands-on role, you will work with various electronics, helping to sort, break down, and prepare items for processing. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy physical, team-oriented work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. APPLY NOW!
Schedule: 7:30AM - 4:00PM, Monday to Friday, 9-hour shifts (includes 30-minute lunch two 15-minute breaks)
What You’ll Do:
- Sort, break down, and disassemble consumer electronic devices (TVs, computers, phones, etc.).
- Lift and move boxes to and from scan lines, assisting scanners in meeting production goals.
- Sort labeled boxes to corresponding pallets and label completed pallets accurately and legibly.
- Supply workstations with assembled boxes and transport trash to compactors for disposal.
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Assist team members in other areas as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What we’re looking for:
- HS Diploma/GED preferred, but not required.
- Warehouse or general labor experience helpful, but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs routinely.
- Must have reliable transportation.
