We are looking for a reliable Receptionist/Logistics Coordinator to support daily office and warehouse activities. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking consistent weekday hours and hands-on experience in logistics coordination and administrative support.
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
What You'll Do:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Coordinate truck arrivals and schedule dock doors for unloading activities.
- Upload and maintain shipping documents and records within company systems.
- Manage scheduling activities using the C3 scheduling software.
- Collaborate with warehouse and transportation teams to ensure efficient daily operations.
Employment Terms: This is a streamlined temporary/contract engagement focused on immediate delivery; standard corporate health/retirement benefits and paid time off are not provided during the contract duration.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in reception, administrative support, logistics coordination, or scheduling preferred.
- Comfortable using computers and learning company software systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Work Environment:
This position is primarily office-based with regular interaction with warehouse personnel, drivers, and transportation teams. The environment is fast-paced and requires strong multitasking and communication skills.
