What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fulfillment Specialist – Warehouse Operations position at RightStone?
Join a fast-paced warehouse team as a Fulfillment Specialist supporting inventory processing, order fulfillment, custom kit assembly, and shipping operations. This is a hands-on opportunity for a dependable, detail-oriented individual who enjoys staying active and takes pride in getting orders processed accurately and on time.
Schedule: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday, 9-hour shifts (includes 30-minute lunch two 15-minute breaks)
What You’ll Do:
- Process inventory, fulfillment, inquiries, and custom kit assembly according to company procedures.
- Pick, pack, assemble, and prepare materials for shipment, including building boxes, collating materials, and sealing envelopes.
- Operate warehouse equipment and small machines such as pallet jacks, scales, folders, inserters, cutters, and binders.
- Load, unload, push, and pull carts and pallets while safely handling materials throughout the warehouse.
- Record information accurately in documents and software systems while identifying errors and helping improve quality and productivity.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, or material-handling experience is a plus.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail when reading orders and selecting the correct materials.
- Ability to regularly lift and carry 35–40 lbs and occasionally up to 51 lbs, including at shoulder height.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, potentially up to 8 hours.
- Ability to safely push or pull carts/pallets weighing up to 1,500 lbs using appropriate equipment.
- Reliable, positive, and respectful attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
