Electronic Assembler

RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! Are you experienced in electrical assembly or panel wiring and enjoy working with precision? We're looking for a detail-oriented Electrical Assembler to join our manufacturing team. What You'll Do:

• Assemble and wire electrical control cabinets and panels using engineering drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Install electrical components such as relays, circuit breakers, terminal blocks, and wiring.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, layout drawings, and work instructions to ensure accurate assembly.
• Inspect and verify completed assemblies to meet quality and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all manufacturing procedures.

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in electrical assembly, panel wiring, control panel assembly, or a related manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and engineering drawings.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
• Basic understanding of electrical components and wiring practices.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow detailed work instructions.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs regularly.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for detailed wiring and assembly work.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with occasional noise and varying temperatures.

Work Environment:

This position is based in a climate-controlled manufacturing workshop. Safety glasses, gloves, and hearing protection are provided. Employees should provide their own steel toe boots. The work requires precision, attention to detail, and consistent adherence to quality and safety standards.
