RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! We’re seeking an experienced and strategic Development Marketing Director to lead all aspects of lead generation for our Development Marketing organization while our full-time leader is on maternity leave. This a remote position with $56.80/hr pay. This role is critical in connecting prospective franchise owners with our sales team and driving high-quality NRG through targeted marketing efforts. Hours: 15–21 hours/week

What You’ll Do:
- Manage multiple campaigns across email, paid media, events, and digital channels.
- Partner with agencies, designers, and developers to deliver creative and marketing assets on time.
- Build and refine emails using Stensul and support deployments through Pardot/Mailchimp.
- Write and review marketing copy for emails, ads, landing pages, and website updates.
- Act as a strategic partner to paid media agencies (hands-on buying not required).
- Review analytics, interpret performance, and collaborate on dashboards using GA4, Looker Studio, etc
What we’re looking for:
10 years of marketing experience (B2B experience is a plus).
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple overlapping campaigns with accuracy and attention to detail.
Problem-solving mindset with strong judgment.
Experience with Martech tools such as WordPress, Pardot/Account Engagement, Mailchimp, Stensul, Drift, etc.
