Join Rightsize Facility and make a lasting impact building strong client relationships, elevating service delivery, and shaping the future of commercial interiors.Summary of the Role: General ManagerThe General Manager (GM) is the senior leader responsible for the overall performance, strategic direction, and operational excellence of Rightsize Facility. This role oversees all business unit functions, providing direct leadership to the Director of Business Development, Business Development Manager, Sales Enablement Manager, Design Manager, and Director of Marketing. The GM works in close partnership with the Wurkwel Shared Services team, including the Controller and HR, and reports directly to the Wurkwel CEO.  Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership & Business Oversight Set and execute organizational goals for all areas of the business, including sales, marketing, design, service delivery, and business development.  Develop and implement strategic plans and budgets; monitor performance and initiate corrective actions to achieve targets. Own full P&L responsibility, pricing strategy, and growth initiatives for the business unit. Lead cross-functional collaboration among department heads to ensure alignment and optimal results. Team Leadership & Talent Development Directly oversee and mentor the five key leaders, ensuring accountability, professional growth, and high performance in their respective departments. Foster a culture of inclusion, recognition, and continuous improvement across all teams. Partner with HR and Shared Services to drive employee engagement, retention, and development initiatives. Operational Excellence Ensure operational processes are efficient, compliant, and scalable, leveraging best practices from project management, design, sales enablement, and marketing. Oversee staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation for optimal business performance. Champion the implementation of safety, quality assurance, and compliance programs. Financial Management Collaborate with the Controller to manage accounting operations, cash flow, and financial reporting. Monitor budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities for profitability improvement. Client & Stakeholder Relations Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors to promote Rightsize Facility’s brand and reputation. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective service delivery and project execution. Reporting & Continuous Improvement Prepare and present regular reports on business performance, trends, and strategic initiatives to the Wurkwel CEO. Analyze data and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and drive business growth.  Desired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred. 10 years of progressive leadership experience in commercial interiors, facilities services, or related industries. Proven track record in managing cross-functional teams and driving business unit success. Strong financial acumen and experience with P&L ownership. Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Proficiency with business software (CRM, ERP, project management tools, Microsoft Office). Ability to collaborate effectively with Shared Services (Controller, HR) and executive leadership.  Why Rightsize Facility?We are more than just a company; we are a community that values innovation, growth, and giving back.
