Job Overview
We are hiring an Experienced Remodeling Carpenter to join our team. This position is for a seasoned professional who already possesses strong remodeling skills and is capable of executing high-end work with minimal oversight.
This role is not a training or entry-level position. The successful candidate will be expected to arrive with a solid foundation in residential remodeling, strong decision-making ability, and the confidence to work independently while upholding our company’s standards for quality, safety, and professionalism.
Carpenters in this role are trusted to take ownership of their work, contribute to project success, and represent the company well on active jobsites.
Core Responsibilities
- Execute high-quality residential and light commercial remodeling work from start to finish
- Perform framing, finish carpentry, trim work, cabinetry, and detailed installations to a high standard
- Read, interpret, and execute construction drawings, specifications, and scopes of work
- Identify issues in the field and make sound decisions to maintain quality and efficiency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite at all times
- Communicate clearly and professionally with project managers, team members, and clients
- Uphold company standards for craftsmanship, safety, and jobsite conduct
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a remodeling carpenter in residential construction
- Demonstrated ability to produce high-end, detail-oriented work consistently
- Strong knowledge of remodeling methods, tools, materials, and best practices
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks without constant supervision
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
