Senior Application Analyst - Epic Home Health (Dorothy)

Our client is seeking a Senior Application Analyst with advanced Epic expertise to support, optimize, and enhance their healthcare technology ecosystem. This role is key in driving operational efficiency, ensuring system integrity, and improving workflows across the organization’s billing and claims functions. This is a fully remote position.

Senior Application Analyst’s Responsibilities

• Lead the design, build, testing, and implementation of Epic applications, focusing on Epic – Dorothy Billing (Home Health Billing) and/or Epic – Hospital Billing.
• Conduct build analysis and configuration to optimize workflows and system functionality.
• Facilitate governance meetings with operational subject matter experts (SMEs) to review, prioritize, and implement system changes.
• Provide expert-level support for issue resolution, system maintenance, and enhancement requests.
• Collaborate with business, operational, and clinical teams to align system capabilities with organizational goals.
• Prepare documentation, training materials, and change control records to support effective communication and adoption.
• Identify opportunities for system optimization and performance improvement within the Epic environment.
  
  

Senior Application Analyst’s Qualifications

• Epic Certification required in one or more of the following:
• Epic – Dorothy Billing (Home Health Billing)
• Epic – Hospital Billing
• Preferred: Epic Certification in Epic – Claims.
• Proven experience in Epic build and configuration within healthcare environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead governance discussions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Business, operational, or clinical experience in home health care is a plus.
