About the Role:

Our Therapist, LCSW or LPC at Right Track Medical Group in Biloxi, MS plays a critical role in providing compassionate and evidence-based mental health services to individuals, families, and groups across diverse populations. This position focuses on assessing clients' emotional and psychological needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and facilitating therapeutic interventions to promote mental wellness and resilience. The therapist collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and continuity of services, while maintaining strict confidentiality and ethical standards. Through ongoing evaluation and adjustment of therapeutic approaches, the therapist aims to empower clients to overcome challenges and achieve their personal goals. Minimum Qualifications:

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential valid in the state of MS.
• Demonstrated experience providing clinical therapy to diverse populations, including individuals, veterans with complex mental health needs.
• Strong knowledge of ethical standards, confidentiality laws, and best practices in mental health treatment.
• Ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with all relevant legal and organizational policies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR.
• Bilingual proficiency to effectively serve non-English speaking clients.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.
• Additional certifications in specialized areas such as substance abuse counseling or child and adolescent therapy.
• Experience in community outreach and mental health advocacy.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify client needs and formulate appropriate treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities tailored to client goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and clinical notes in compliance with regulatory standards.
