Are you a Leasing Star with strong marketing skills and a passion for closing deals? Right Time Homes is hiring an experienced Leasing & Community Manager to represent our award winning brand , while supporting a growing portfolio of 350 single-family homes in Knoxville.
This is a high-impact role for a motivated self-starter who thrives in fast-paced lease-ups and knows how to drive traffic, convert leads, and deliver exceptional resident experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property tours and showcase community features
- Execute leasing, sales, and marketing strategies to maximize occupancy
- Manage social media, online listings, SEO, and reputation management
- Create and place cost-effective advertising to generate qualified leads
- Track market trends and competitors to support pricing and occupancy goals
- Follow up with all prospects and residents per company policy
- Process applications, screenings, leases, renewals, and move-ins
- Collect rent and maintain positive resident relationships
- Close leases using effective sales techniques and required deposits
- Partner with maintenance teams to ensure timely service completion
- Maintain full compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies
- Saturday availability required
Qualifications
- Prior experience in leasing, property management, or real estate preferred
- Proven success in lease-ups, leasing, and marketing a plus!
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and properties
