What are the responsibilities and job description for the Welder/Fabricator position at Right Stuff Equipment?
Summary: Performs welding processes primarily on Stainless Steels. Some Aluminum and littles Carbon Steel. Maintains equipment and assists with any other Fabrication/Assembly/Machining as needed.
Requirements: • TIG Welding: 2 (Required) • Blueprint Reading (GD&T): 2 years (Required) • MIG Welding: 2 (Preferred) • Personal shop tools Preferred • High School diploma or GED required • Valid driver's license and means of transportation • Knowledgeable in use of precision measuring instruments and the application of such instruments. • Light machining operations (Drilling, Tapping, Reaming, etc.) • Maintain workspace and equipment • Accurately check that all parts produced meet engineering tolerances and standards • Ensure production rates are met or exceeded • Perform basic preventative maintenance functions on welding equipment
Periodically you may be reassigned to meet the company’s needs.
