Position Summary

Right Step Flooring is hiring a Flooring Sales Consultant to manage qualified residential flooring opportunities from initial consultation through signed contract and handoff to production.

The Sales Consultant meets with homeowners in their homes and in our Raleigh showroom, evaluates their projects, takes measurements, identifies customer needs and site considerations, recommends flooring solutions, prepares accurate estimates, presents proposals, follows up with customers, and closes sales.
