Schedule: After 5pm, Monday, Tuesday, Weds, Fri & Sat (Approximately 4/5 hours)
Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Technician to join our team in Rhinelander, Wisconsin. This position will clean primarily at one location and help at a secondary location once per week and fill-in as needed.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in commercial environments according to established standards.
- Operate cleaning equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe workplace.
- Maintain supplies and report inventory needs.
- Ensure all areas are cleaned thoroughly and efficiently.
- Perform carpet cleaning twice per year at one building (higher pay rate)
- Perform window cleaning twice per year at one building (higher pay rate)
- Contribute to a positive team environment focused on quality service.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience as a cleaning technician or similar role is preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
- Candidates subject to a background check per client requirements
