We're seeking a dedicated Contents - Packout Technician to join our growing team in Wylie, Texas, and play a vital role in restoring homes and businesses across the entire DFW Metroplex after disasters.
Job Summary:
As a Contents/Pack Out Technician, you'll be the backbone of our contents restoration team. You'll be responsible for the expert packing, moving, storing, and restoration of residential and commercial contents damaged by disasters throughout the DFW Metroplex. Your work will directly impact our clients' lives, helping them recover and rebuild. This role requires strong communication skills, physical stamina, and a customer-first mindset.
What You'll Do:
- Expert Packing & Moving: Safely and efficiently pack, move, and store contents in both residential and commercial settings across the DFW Metroplex. Handle delicate items with care and precision.
- Customer Communication: Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients, explaining processes and addressing concerns at various job sites within the DFW area.
- Inventory Management: Utilize software tools to accurately track inventory and ensure proper organization.
- Warehouse Operations: Assist with warehouse organization in our Wylie, TX location, ensuring a clean and efficient workspace.
- On-Site Mitigation: Participate in on-site mitigation and emergency services as needed throughout the DFW Metroplex.
Experience:
- Prior experience in contents restoration is preferred but not required.
- Moving and packing experience is a plus.
