Automotive BDC Agent (Business Development Representative)
Our Right Price Auto team is growing, and we are looking for you!
What will your responsibilities be?
- Answering incoming phone calls and online inquiries. Provide customers with initial product and dealership information. Direct customers to appropriate dealership resources
- Scheduling appointments and following up with any "no show" customers.
- Maintaining thorough, up-to-date knowledge of our products.
- Greeting and assisting walk-in customers, and treating all clientele with courtesy and respect.
- Maintaining contact with customers to ensure they are happy with our service.
- Ensuring potential customers are aware of any promotions.
- Work closely with sales team to follow up with existing and potential customers via phone, text, and email.
- Utilize CRM tracking system daily
What do we need from you?
- Prior customer relations or BDC/Call Center experience is a requirement.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Excellent telephone skills are a must
- Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to present information in a clear and professional manner.
- Enjoy talking on the phone and willing to help customers. Excellent customer relationship skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment
