In‑Home Sales for Home Improvements $150,000 (Leads Provided)
We are expanding and looking for motivated sales professionals. You will present residential utility‑saving products to homeowners. We offer more than twenty name‑brand products, and top performers earn $150,000 in year one and $250,000 after ramp-up.
This opportunity is ideal for experienced sales professionals from HVAC, roofing, solar, windows, siding, automotive, retail, exterminator, or other in‑home or consultative sales backgrounds—but motivated individuals new to in‑home sales are also encouraged to apply.

- Educate homeowners on reducing utility costs and improving comfort
- Present in‑home products including heating, air conditioning, insulation, water conditioning, plumbing, electrical, and more
- Follow a proven system with pre‑qualified leads (no cold calling)
- Pre‑qualified leads (provided for you)
- Training: product, financing, and energy‑savings
- Exclusive finance programs & executive warranties
- Company vehicle & fuel card
- Phone and all presentation tools
- Strong service and installation department
- Support from a team of 500
