Position Overview
We are seeking an Experienced Residential Plumber to diagnose residential plumbing issues and present clear repair and replacement options to homeowners. This role is ideal for a skilled professional who values quality workmanship, customer service, and teamwork.
What You’ll Do
Diagnose and repair plumbing issues in homes
Perform routine maintenance and service calls
Communicate solutions and pricing with customers
Complete paperwork, debrief and invoice in ServiceTitan
Collect payments.
Attend weekly training meetings with team
What You’ll Bring
Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.
Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and install residential plumbing systems.
Ability to diagnose issues and present clear repair/replacement options to homeowners.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
Valid driver’s license
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Standing, walking, bending, and kneeling for long periods of time
Pushing and pulling
Lifting 50 lbs.
Using hand/power tools and protective equipment
Working indoors/outdoors in various weather conditions
Exposure to confined spaces such as a crawl space for extended periods of time and job site hazards
