What You'll Be Doing
- Answering incoming calls and being the first voice customers hear
- Booking service calls and getting them on the board
- Dispatching technicians and keeping the day running on schedule
- Making outbound calls to confirm appointments
- Scheduling club member maintenance services
- Data entry and keeping customer records clean and accurate
- Working with the techs in the field so nobody's guessing where they're supposed to be
Who We're Looking For
You stay calm when the phone won't stop ringing. You're organized, you follow through, and you actually like people. Customers can hear a smile over the phone, and you've got one.
Beyond that:
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word) and fast, accurate data entry
- Able to juggle several things at once without dropping any of them
- Reliable transportation (this is an in-office role, not remote)
- Available for overtime, weekends, and holidays during peak season
- Able to pass a national background check and drug screen
- Dispatching or scheduling experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or another service trade is a big plus
