The goal is to help students understand the importance of graduating and the positive impact of having a high school diploma on their lives. Staff and volunteers work with students to learn and practice new skills, give and receive peer support, develop positive relationships with adult mentors, find new meaning in succeeding in school, and cultivate a sense of personal leadership and civic duty. At Right Moves For Youth, we believe that purpose and passion go hand-in-hand. Our team thrives in a vibrant, collaborative environment where creativity is encouraged, professional growth is supported, and every voice matters. Whether we’re brainstorming new ways to connect with students or celebrating milestones together, we keep things fun, fresh, and mission-driven.
