The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise clients—and drive measurable business outcomes.
This isn’t support. This is about leading the customer journey, influencing strategy, and turning clients into long-term growth partners.
What You’ll Own
- Lead onboarding, adoption, and long-term success strategy
- Build executive relationships and act as a trusted advisor
- Drive renewals and identify expansion opportunities (upsell/cross-sell)
- Deliver data-driven QBRs with clear ROI storytelling
- Proactively manage customer health, usage, and churn risk
- Partner with product and engineering to influence roadmap
- Build scalable playbooks to elevate customer success
Who Thrives Here
You’re a commercially-minded relationship owner, not just a support layer:
- 3–7 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or post-sales (B2B SaaS preferred)
- Experience managing and growing $100K ARR accounts
- Strong business acumen—you think in terms of revenue and outcomes
- Confidently engaging executives and leading strategic conversations
- Data-driven and comfortable turning insights into action
- Organized, proactive, and energized by fast-paced environments
