You will join a team as an Outside Sales Representative.
The base salary is $60K-$75K, which may be negotiable, and $125K-$150K total.
Position Summary
• Serve as a key contributor to the HVAC sales team by recommending the right systems, preparing accurate estimates, and closing opportunities.
• Use relationship building skills and industry knowledge to support revenue growth.
• Act as a trusted advisor to homeowners and businesses, ensuring each receives the right HVAC solution for their needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound sales efforts with homeowner associations, property managers, CAMs, commercial businesses, and real estate agents.
• Recommend appropriate systems for new installations, including advanced HVAC solutions.
• Upsell accessories and communicate the value of each option.
• Conduct basic service on HVAC systems to determine the right path for each customer.
Key Tasks and Daily Activities
• Build the top of the funnel by developing new relationships with large scale customers and maintaining a consistent follow up rhythm through the sales cycle.
• Conduct onsite evaluations and consultations to assess customer needs.
• Deliver clear product presentations and cost estimates.
• Respond promptly to customer questions and concerns to build long term relationships.
• Follow up on leads and coordinate installation scheduling to ensure a smooth transition to service teams.
Key Performance Indicators
• Fifteen in person meetings per week.
• Thirty phone or email conversations per week.
• Three email campaigns per month sent to targeted organizations.
Required Qualifications and Skills
• High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, ideally in HVAC or home services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• CRM proficiency with a basic understanding of HVAC systems and technical concepts.
Preferred Experience
• HVAC or home services experience.
• Success in consultative or technical sales roles.
• Familiarity with industry specific tools, estimating platforms, or related software.
• Experience managing long term customer relationships and projects.
Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
