Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance on HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and ammonia refrigeration systems.
- Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC design plans to accurately diagnose issues and implement solutions.
- Conduct plumbing work related to HVAC systems such as drainage or water supply connections.
- Utilize tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing and welding equipment for component repairs or fabrication.
- Repair and service appliances and mechanical equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
- Operate a
driver vehicle safely for field service visits to client sites. - Maintain detailed service records, logs, and reports of all work performed for accountability and future reference.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in construction, property maintenance, and field service operations.
- Proven service technician experience with HVAC/R systems including refrigeration and ammonia refrigeration.
- Ability to read schematics, technical drawings, and HVAC design plans effectively.
- Skilled in plumbing, boiler operation, equipment repair, welding, and general maintenance tasks.
- Familiarity with electrical testing tools such as ohmmeters; capable of troubleshooting electrical issues within HVAC systems.
- Experience working with appliance repair or property maintenance tasks is a plus.
- Valid

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
