We are a growing trucking compliance company dedicated to providing reliable compliance and administrative support to our clients. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain accurate data in company systems.
- Prepare and update compliance records and documents.
- Communicate with clients regarding compliance requirements.
- Respond to emails and maintain organized records.
- Assist with general office and administrative tasks.
- Ensure all work is completed accurately and on time.
Requirements
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Punjabi or Hindi language is mandatory to communicate effectively with our clients.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including:
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous data entry or office experience is preferred but not required.
