We are seeking a part-time, split-shift Before and After School Site Program Manager within the Weld County School District Re-3J.
This is an excellent opportunity to enjoy your summer and secure a position for the fall before summer begins!
After-School Site Program Manager: starting at $25 per hour (based on education, years of licensed group childcare experience).

Part-Time Position Details-
- Fall 2026 School Year: Before and After-School split-shift hours. Must be able to work Monday through Friday. Located in the Weld County School District Re-3J
- Split-Shift Schedule: 6:00 am-8:30 am and return 2:30 pm-6:00 pm (may change slightly). Must be able to work the split-shift position Monday through Friday.
- NO WEEKENDS!
- Start Date: August 2026 (may have training days end of July)
- Starting Wage: $25-27.50 per hour (depending on years of licensed group childcare experience and educational qualifications in a group setting).
- Fall 2026 School Year: Before and After-School split-shift hours. Must be able to work Monday through Friday. before and after school. Located in the Weld County School District Re-3J
- NO WEEKENDS!

Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- One year of supervisory experience
- Verifiable education/experience
- REQUIRED-4yr degree education, elementary education, specialty in art/human service (social work, psych, etc.); OR 2yr degrees and 6mo (910 hrs) of experience from the age of 18; OR 5, 460 hrs of experience (2-3yrs) w/ 6 semesters of schooling or 40 clocked hours of training for school-aged children
- Able to work the split shift, Monday through Friday!
- Organize program materials for lessons and activities, as well as document attendance, incidents and other observation
- Deliver our dynamic daily curriculum to engage children in academic and social character-building that expands school day learning in a meaningful way
- Using your coursework training and our in-person training, model positive guidance and effective classroom management to maintain the safety, well-being and attention of all children while supporting homework completion, leading fun fitness activities, and guiding children at play
- Excellent communication skills with varied audience including children, parents, staff and school personnel
- Model positive guidance and effective classroom management to maintain the safety and well-being and attention of all children
- Meets regularly with the Area Manager regarding professional progress and team accountability

Ideal Candidates Will Have The Following

- Ability to meet state-specific requirements; LIVE Scan Fingerprint, Mandated Reporter training, Health Certificate/ Cleared TB, CPR/FA
