As a Staffing/Client Care Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our scheduling operations, ensuring our clients receive the highest standard of care by matching them with the right caregivers at the right time. In addition, you will be involved with communicating with clients to ensure the best quality of care is provided. Your work will directly impact on the success of our agency and the well-being of those we serve.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in healthcare or scheduling environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in computer systems and scheduling software
· Ability to work in office located in Arden, NC from 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule direct care staff according to client care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation in staff and client files
- Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and create effective staffing plans
- Communicate with caregivers and clients regarding schedules, shift changes, and staffing updates
- Monitor and adjust staffing levels to ensure compliance and optimal coverage
- Support new clients by completing onboarding tasks and service setup
