Right at Home is hiring for a Scheduling Coordinator (Home Care)!

You’ll serve as the key connection between clients, families, caregivers, and the office team — ensuring every shift is covered, every detail is handled, and every interaction reflects the high level of care we’re known for.

Hours are on site, Monday – Friday, 830a-5p. Competitive pay starting at $25/hour.

Job Functions of Scheduling Coordinator (Home Care):

• Manage the day-to-day caregiver and client schedule with accuracy and urgency
• Ensure all client shifts are staffed, confirmed, and completed
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, family members, and caregivers
• Handle schedule changes, call-offs, and coverage needs with professionalism and efficiency
• Support a positive experience for both caregivers and clients
• Partner closely with office leadership and care management staff
• Help drive strong caregiver engagement and high client satisfaction
• Maintain a high level of organization, follow-through, and attention to detail

Skills and Experience of Scheduling Coordinator (Home Care):

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to think logically, prioritize quickly, and problem-solve in real time
• Ability to work independently while communicating clearly and consistently
• Flexibility to work overtime when needed
• A calm, professional, and pleasant demeanor
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities without letting things fall through the cracks

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Preference given to candidates who live in Bluffton, Hilton Head, Okatie, or Hardeeville
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience with WellSky is a plus, but not required
• Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
• Prior scheduling, staffing, home care, healthcare, or office coordination experience is required
