JOB DUTIES:
In this role, you will be instrumental in opening new client cases, onboarding new patients, as well as overseeing established patient's care. New client assessments will be performed in-person at the residence of the client, as well as on-going in-person reassessments.
You will be leaned on for your expertise when it comes to everyday questions regarding patient medications, Covid-related questions, and incident reports. Charting will be required on paper as well as in the computer software.
You are likely to be involved with helping train new hires, perform quality assurance with employees, trainings for employees, running reports, etc.
Various other duties assigned as needed - including but not limited to relationship-building/marketing with the senior-care communities and businesses in the area.
On-the-job paid-training is included! (Note: must already have your RN license current and valid in the State of Oklahoma). It is the employee's responsibility to obtain CEU's outside of work hours to maintain RN licensure.
Employee will need to have their own supplies (pulse-ox, stethoscope, blood pressure cuff, thermometer, nurse bag). RN will need to have dependable transportation to make client visits within a 60 mile radius.
SCHEDULE:
This part-time position would be a minimum of 1x full 8hr workday (from 8a-5p) per week, with additional PRN opportunities as well. (Weekdays only during normal business hours; no nights or weekends!).
