What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nanny/Babysitter position at Right At Home?
Responsibilities:
This is a family of four children ages 11,7,5 and, one month old who will be the main focus
this job requires a leave-in nanny position.
- Provide attentive and nurturing care for children of various ages
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities and play
- Ensure the safety and well-being of the children at all times
- Prepare meals and snacks for the children
- Assist with homework and educational activities
- Maintain a clean and organized environment for the children
- Follow any specific instructions or routines provided by parents
Experience:
- Previous experience in childcare, babysitting, or nanny roles
- Knowledge of first aid and CPR is preferred
- Familiarity with preschool-aged children and their developmental needs
- Ability to handle multiple children at once and manage their individual needs
- Experience caring for infants, including feeding, diapering, and soothing techniques
Skills:
- Excellent caregiving skills with a compassionate and patient demeanor
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with both children and parents
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules or unexpected situations
- Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility
