Requirements:
- AZ DRIVERS LICENSE
- FAMILY ATMOSPHERE
- PROOF OF CAR INSURANCE (if wanting to run errands/doctor appts)
- FINGERPRINT CLEARANCE CARD
- CURRENT TB TEST RESULTS
- CPR CERTIFICATION (will accept on-line training)
- 1ST AID CERTIFICATION (will accept on-line training)
- 6 MONTHS EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
- 3 PROFESSIONAL REFERENCES
