- Active New Jersey CHHA license (or willing to obtain certification)
- Reliable car, valid driver’s license, and current insurance
- Able to speak and understand English fluently
- Must be available Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 12:30 PM
- Must be flexible on shift lengths and able to travel up to 30 minutes from home
- No shift refusals or callouts to maintain a minimum of 17.5 hours / week of pay guaranteed

- Must be flexible for varying case lengths
- You will get paid for a minimum 17.5 hours per week (whether there is work or not)

Your Job Duties!
- Provide personal care and assist with ADLs
- Support clients with light housekeeping and meal prep
- Offer companionship and help maintain comfort and safety
- Be a dependable, caring presence that families can trust

Your Perks & Pay!
- Weekday Pay: $18/hour
- Weekend Pay: $19/hour
- 1-Hour Shifts: $23–$24/hour
- Paid Travel Time: Minimum wage
- Mileage Reimbursement: $0.58 per mile for errands
- Sick Time: 1 hour earned for every 30 worked (up to 40 hours/year)
- 401(k) with 2% company match after 365 days (3-year vesting)
