What You'll DoBusiness Development & Marketing (Primary Focus)

• Build relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, physician offices, assisted living communities, senior organizations, and other referral sources.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate qualified referrals.
• Represent Right at Home at networking events, community meetings, health fairs, and professional organizations.
• Conduct outside sales visits throughout our service area.
• Track referral activity and identify new growth opportunities.
• Help achieve ambitious client growth goals.

Recruiting & Talent Development

• Recruit exceptional caregivers through multiple channels.
• Conduct interviews and identify top talent.
• Lead new hire orientation and onboarding.
• Help train and develop new employees for success.
• Promote a positive, engaging workplace culture.

Staffing & Operations

• Coordinate caregiver schedules to ensure every client receives excellent care.
• Match caregivers with clients based on skills, personality, and availability.
• Fill open shifts quickly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with office staff to solve scheduling challenges.
• Maintain accurate documentation and operational records.

Reporting & Performance

• Monitor key performance indicators and growth metrics.
• Prepare reports on referrals, recruiting, staffing, and business development activities.
• Recommend ideas and strategies for continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, home care, staffing, recruiting, sales, marketing, or business development.
• Experience building professional relationships and networking.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

Schedule

• Full-time: 40 hours per week
• Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
